Lucy - Budding Chef?It all started when I saw a leaflet in the Didsbury Diner about a recipe competition. So as soon as I got home I wrote down the recipe for Mango Fool, a traditional Caribbean Dessert. I waited for a few days, I didn't think I was going to win. But on 20th December 2007 I got called out of my classroom to go and see Mr. How. At first I though I was in trouble, my heart was pounding. But the next thing I know I'm in his office with my mum to tell me I had won the competition!! I was rewarded with a prize and certificate to show I had won!!
