Information Board

School Organisation

The School is organised in 2 phases:

Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 (Nursery, Reception, Years 1 and 2)
Key Stage 2 (Years 3,4,5 and 6)

There are 3 classes in each year group from Reception to Year 6.

Each Phase is led by an Assistant Headteacher who has overall responsibility for Teaching and Learning.

Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 – Julie Mellish
Key Stage 2 – Paul Anderson

The Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) is Jaina Mistry

The Headteacher David How is responsible for Child Protection and Looked After Children.

There are 7 Lead Teachers:

Emily Pocklington and Lorna Downey – English
Chris Warren – Mathematics
Emma Easman – Science and Design Technology
Gemma Nundy – Humanities
Miranda Wilson – Personal Health and Social Education and Religious Education
Vicky Jackson – Arts

Gerry Dale coordinates the development of the natural environment around the School including the Four Seasons Garden.
