Our school may be graded ‘Outstanding’ but we are never complacent.
The School Leadership Team (SLT) is continually monitoring, evaluating and reviewing the work of the school to establish:
- What and where we are doing well
- Where and how we could improve
The School Improvement Priorities are agreed with the Governing Body in the Summer Term prior to the new school year.
The Governing Body holds the School Leadership Team to account for the overall performance of the school through the work of its finance and curriculum committees.
