Year 3 hook, how did the blossom become an apple?

Today we began to find out about how the blossom became an apple. We started with an apple dissection to explore what is inside an apple. We then used our observational skills to draw the apple at different stages of dissection. 
We also looked at images of blossom trees and using bubble wrap and paint we created our own colourful examples.
