Year 1 at Beaver Road is an exciting journey of fun learning and memorable experiences. Children build on their Reception foundations, developing independence, friendship, and resilience.
Our dedicated team ensures a smooth transition, tailoring the curriculum to their interests. Active sessions help apply English and Maths skills, while continuous provision encourages independent exploration.
With a strong focus on phonics and a growth mindset, children embrace challenges and learn from mistakes. Year 1 is a vibrant, welcoming environment that celebrates each child's unique talents and fosters a lifelong love of learning!
